The program is well designed to provide students with a knowledge of soft skills that will serve them well in their professional and personal careers. These includes Communication Skills, Resume Building, Leadership Qualities, Problem Solving Skills, Critical Thinking Capability, Team Work adaptability and Time Management Strategies.

Communication is one of the most critical skill that will be developed through the program. Students will learn how to express themselves clearly and effectively in a variety of situations, including presentations, group discussions, and interpersonal communication.

Resume building sessions offers several advantages to the students. Some of these advantages includes improved job prospects, Enhanced self-awareness, increased confidence and clarity on career goals.
