Dr. P. Ashok Kumar is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science & Engineering (Data Science) department at ACE Engineering College, Ghatkesar, Hyderabad. He holds both a B.Tech and an M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, and PhD from JNTUH University, Hyderabad.

With nearly 17+ years of dedicated teaching experience complemented by 1 year of industry exposure, Dr. Ashok Kumar brings a well-rounded perspective to both academia and practical application. His research expertise is rooted in Context aware sentiment analysis, an area where he leverages NLP, machine learning and deep learning techniques to process and interpret opinions from textual data.

Beyond his contributions in teaching and research, Dr. P. Ashok Kumar enriches the academic environment as a member of the Library Advisory Committee, where he plays an active role in guiding the selection and enhancement of library resources to align with the evolving educational and research needs of both students and faculty
