About:

Dr. M. Kondala Rao is an accomplished academician with over 17 years of experience in teaching and research in Management. He is presently serving as Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Management Sciences at ACE Engineering College. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Management from Bharathiar University, MBA in Finance from Kakatiya University, and M.Com in Accountancy from Osmania University. 

Dr.Rao’s academic contributions include a co-authored book, Financial Management: An Overview, several research publications in reputed journals, and conference presentations at national and international levels. A ratified Research Supervisor at JNTUH, Dr. Rao has guided more than 100 MBA projects in management and achieved recognition as NPTEL Discipline Star and a Certified Course Translator (IIT Madras).

Dr.Rao has also achieved multiple NPTEL certifications with top performance rankings. He teaches a wide range of management and finance subjects at UG and PG levels with proven outcomes and has also served as an External Question Paper Setter for Deemed Universities, Autonomous Institutions. In addition to academics, he actively contributes to institutional growth through administrative leadership and academic development.
